To provide an accurate quotation, please provide: product type (cap/stopper/gift box, etc.), target material, size specifications or reference sample images, estimated annual purchase volume, surface treatment requirements (paint/wood wax oil/engraving, etc.), and whether matching packaging is needed. The more complete the information, the more accurate the quote. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Logos can be realized through laser engraving, hot stamping, screen printing, metal nameplates, and more, with specific recommendations based on material and effect requirements.

Each wood varies significantly in density, hardness, color, and price. We will recommend the optimal solution based on your product positioning and budget.

After standardized drying and surface treatment, our wood packaging moisture content is controlled at 8%-12%, suitable for most global climates. For high-humidity markets (e.g., Southeast Asia), we recommend adding moisture-resistant paint or choosing naturally moisture-resistant materials like bamboo. Shipping uses moisture-proof bags + desiccant for double protection.

Common treatments include: matte wood wax oil (preserves original wood feel), high-gloss PU paint (mirror effect, easy to clean), open-pore paint (semi-transparent wood grain), dyeing (uniform tone), laser engraving (brand logo), hot stamping gold/silver (luxury accent). These can be combined, e.g., matte paint + laser engraved logo.

After sample confirmation, mass production typically takes 25-35 working days, depending on order volume and process complexity. Simple turning products take about 25 days; multi-process products (engraving + painting + assembly) take about 35 days. During peak season (Sep-Dec), we recommend reserving an additional 5-7 days.

Standard samples take 7-10 working days; complex structures take 12-15 working days. For first-time cooperation, we provide up to 2 physical samples free of charge (shipping fee required). Beyond 2 styles or mold-required samples are charged at actual cost, which can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders.

We support sea freight (FOB/CIF), air freight, and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Sea freight is suitable for large volumes (>1m³), with low cost but longer transit (20-40 days); air freight is suitable for urgent replenishment (5-10 days); express is suitable for samples and small batches. Freight is calculated by actual weight/volume, and we can provide quotes from multiple logistics providers.

We use five-layer corrugated cartons + pearl cotton lining + stretch film reinforcement. Cap products are individually separated per grid; gift box products are bundled in sets of 10 with corner protectors. Over the past three years, the shipping damage rate has been below 0.3%. In case of damage, retain on-site photos and we will assist with insurance claims and arrange replacements.

Yes. We hold FSC Chain of Custody certification (certificate number available upon request), and can provide both FSC 100% and FSC Mix label options. Customers in EU and North American markets typically require this certification. We recommend stating this requirement during the inquiry stage so that certification costs (usually an additional 5%-8%) can be included in the quotation.

Our wood packaging complies with EU REACH regulations and US CPSIA requirements. Painted products pass SGS heavy metal testing, and food-contact-grade products can provide FDA/LFGB test reports. If you have specific market compliance needs, please specify during inquiry and we will arrange corresponding testing and issue reports.
